A luxury residential development in Tulum, designed comprehensively from the initial concept through pre-sales. The project encompassed architecture, interior design, bespoke joinery, FF&E specification, styling, photorealistic visualizations, and the design and development of the project website, creating a cohesive brand identity across every touchpoint while enhancing its commercial appeal.
| MELROSE BOUTIQUE HOTEL | 2025
Conceptual design for a 13-room boutique hotel inspired by the iconic Mediterranean courtyard from the television series Melrose Place. Conceived from the ground up as a hospitality proposition, the project reinterprets the original residence through contemporary Mediterranean architecture, thoughtfully designed guest experiences, and lush landscaped courtyards.
