A luxury residential development in Tulum, designed entirely from the initial concept to pre-sales. From architecture and interior design to custom carpentry, furniture and hardware selection, styling, and photorealistic visualizations, every element was conceived to create a timeless identity and enhance the project's commercial appeal.
| MELROSE BOUTIQUE HOTEL | 2025
Conceptual design for a 13-room boutique hotel inspired by the iconic Mediterranean courtyard from the television series Melrose Place. Conceived from the ground up as a hospitality proposition, the project reinterprets the original residence through contemporary Mediterranean architecture, thoughtfully designed guest experiences, and lush landscaped courtyards.

Comprehensive architectural and interior design for NEEA, an exclusive beachfront residential development in Bahía Soliman, Tulum. From initial concept to completion, the eight-residence project was finished at the end 2025, integrating contemporary architecture, custom interiors, and a carefully curated selection of materials in a harmonious dialogue with the Caribbean landscape.
